ECHO POS System

Harbortouch Echo combines the power and functionality of a traditional POS system with the simplicity and sleek design of a tablet.

If you currently have a Electronic Cash Register (ECR) and have you been thinking about upgrading to a Point Of Sale (POS) system but the price was just too much for your budget, ECHO may be a good fit for you.
At just $39.00/mo. with a 3yr agreement, ECHO offers you a custome designed, aluminum casing touch pad with a 13.3" screen size, inhouse designed specialized POS software, a full Harbortouch support infrastructure, on screen training and full office reporting at the terminal abilities.
You can toggle between POS, ECR or Calculator mode with the touch of a button, and any feature can be quickly turned on or off making the system interface, fully customizable to your specific needs.

Like Elite, Reports and Inventory in Echo can be uploaded or transfered in multiple formats, including Excel, CSV, and QuickBooks for easy reconciliation.
Calculator Mode In Calculator mode, you can enter your item sales swiftly with simple itemized calculator key strokes.

ECR Mode

In the ECR mode you can add buttons that are titled to your sales items and layed out across the screen to mimic a "cash register" format.
This allows more detailed inventory tracking and reporting.
You can change button names, colors, locations or remove them completly with a few simple key strokes. You can also use the calculator in this mode if you need a non-specific item entry.
You can add dozens of unique items displaying up to 30 items on the screen at one time with multiple pages, each displaying up to 30 items on them.
This mode retains the calculator on the screen so not all your items need to be programed into the system to start using it.

POS Mode

POS mode is designed for the merchant who needs more detailed tracking and reporting capability and offers you hundreds of menu items, utilizing departments and tags to catagorize those items.
Each department can hold 21 different menu items per page and there can be multiple pages of items within a single department.
The Department list is scrollable and there is no limit to how many departments the list can contain and tags can also be used to further simplify menu catagory and item selection such as daily specials rather than by departments. Items can also be found by using the "keyword" search feature.
In this mode there is a detailed unlimited number of customer data base, each item can be equiped with item modifiers, special request fields (that also print to the kitchen), item quatities for partials and weights, discounts by individual items or the entire order.
You cna even place the entire order on hold to be available later along with multiple other orders on hold.
Tip prompts can be added if you accept them by preset amount, custom amount or no tip at all.
